The newly drawn 33rd congressional district covers most of the Los Angeles County Coast and includes the following communities: Agoura Hills, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Marina Del Rey, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, Santa Monica, Topanga, a portion of Torrance and much of the Westside in the city of Los Angeles.
